Sales Executive

Job Description and Requirements

InPhonex is a six-year-old, profitable and growing Internet Telephony Service Provider based in Miami. We provide digital telephony products and services to businesses and consumers -- primarily through our reseller channel.   As a result of this focus on the channel, InPhonex has developed a set of offerings tailored to the needs of resellers under InPhonex.   We’re looking for creative people with world-class skills who thrive in an energetic setting and are passionate about their lives and their work.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Executive who is passionate about hard work and technology. You will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for recruitment and initial development of InPhonex reseller partners. The world-class channel reseller organization that you help to develop will be the vehicle for the majority of InPhonex' sales growth in the coming years. You will be expected to identify the appropriate telephony resellers, attract their interest in InPhonex' reseller program, administer the necessary steps to onboard the resellers, and manage their total “launch to success” timeline through their first sales and revenue production with InPhonex. Training will be provided.


  • Develop expertise in VoIP Sales and follow up communications.
  • Recruit new resellers at the rate of approximately 20 per month.
  • Log activity in CRM system for management review.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of VoIP and Telephony sales experience
  • Ability to build and establish effective sales relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to identify industry trends and source your own leads
  • Ability to communicate voice/ VoIP technology applications, features, and benefits
  • Experience with cold-calling, prospecting, presentation, communication and writing skills
  • Hitting predetermined goals, short and long-range targets
  • Demonstrate sales success in a relatively unstructured work environment
  • Must have a proven record of exceeding established revenue quotas
  • Small company experience along with fast-pace and high growth is highly desirable
  • Ability to effectively work independently as well as part of team
  • Ideal candidates will possess experience in both data and voice solutions
  • Experience selling emerging technology and evangelizing emerging markets or products is required
  • Successful candidates will possess high energy, self-motivation, and require little guidance
  • Need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written skills in  English, Spanish and Portuguese 
  • Strong creative problem solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
